Venus Rx Notes: From the Ascent
The retrograde ends but the dialogue of desire continues with the build-up towards the Venusian Eclipses in Taurus and Libra Venus emerges with a new eye stepping refreshed out of waters and mud still maimed by her death but not the same goddess that was killed.
She has spoken to us about the laws of our desires of their world-building power.She emerges from her stillness, fixed in her core and knowing more of herself. Holding a fresh reminder to her breast, the paradox that love is an experience of aliveness concentrated by its own perishability.
Desires not glared at in the eye and recognised as that which we cellularly want are seeds of later suffering. Desires left unacknowledged become ghosts for later visitations. The heart gets tested for what it wants.
Bigger wants will grapple with lesser wants and unknown outcomes play with the fears that desire births. It takes a lot of blind walking in the dark cave, feeling out the walls changing directions ducking heads. Staying the course when things excite, but don’t fulfil.

Clarity in desire is richness in this world. The experiment that changed my life was the science that proves that the heart is the first to receive information and does so in a non-linear way. The heart can pick up the content of an image before the image is shown and will react some seconds before the eye is able to see or confirm. The heart sends a signal to the brain creating a brain response, which then creates a body response, hair standing up at the back of your neck is where the information becomes conscious.
But the real flow of information comes through the Heart first. And is not dependent on ocular proof. It knows prior to the moment. Before the actual event occurs. And so the heart is tied to a type of intuition That is not bound by the limits of time space and is a needed oracle to the fulfilment of self.
Desire comes from the latin for “Without a star” showing us how wanting Is how we orient ourselves in this world. Towards that which we truly are, with the risk and joy of what we will become.
Listening to desire move in you is an act of devotion to your own heart. Handling the desire truthfully Is your act of devotion to the goddess
